This year’s sale will be Sunday, Feb 23rd, 9am – 2pm.
For those of you vendors who have participated in this sale before, you’ll remember how fantastic the turnout has been over the years, becoming Modernism Week’s most popular free event!

Time: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- Single Space: $175
- Double Space: $300
- Triple Space: $475
- Quad Space: $600
We are unable to take cash or checks.
Because this is a new location we will be placing vendors at random, all of the spaces will have similar access and visibility. We cannot process refunds but can credit you for space for the following sale.
