Chris Bale Homes and H3K Design are excited to host the Modernism Yard Sale during Modernism Week!

This year’s sale will be Sunday, Oct 27th, 8 am – Noon.

For those of you vendors who have participated in this sale before, you’ll remember how fantastic the turnout has been over the years, becoming Modernism Week’s most popular free event!

Due to rising city permit and insurance costs, Vendor Spaces have gone up a bit too, but include the mandatory insurance for each vendor space.

Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

• Single Space: $175
• Double Space: $290
• triple Space: $460

No Cash or Checks Please! We always try to place vendors in the same location, but it helps to secure your position in the “First Come First Serve” line! Sorry, but no refunds if you need to cancel. We will credit you for a space for the following sale.
